Prambanan and Borobudur , Prambanan the beatifull temple

The island of Java, Indonesia, the fifth, home to over 130 million people, or in other words, 65 percent of the population throughout the country. It is logical that the capital Jakarta is here. It is also desirable that two of the country's most precious artifacts of religion is here, I Buddhist Borobudur and the Prambanan Hindu temple. These are really precious possessions and the visits of individual orders if you are in and around Java.

First, let's get to the Buddhist structure. This is both a shrine to Buddha and a major pilgrimage site for followers of the religion. It is logical that the history of this structure is surrounded by mystery. There is no written record of who built this temple and what is its purpose. What we do know is that it was built sometime in the year 800 AD and you can have 75 years to complete, judging by the tracks.

The journey of the pilgrims in this temple of UNESCO begins at the base of the monument and follows the circular path around the sacred monument while ascending to the top through the three levels of Buddhist cosmology, namely Kamadhatu (the world of desire), Rupadhatu (the world of forms) and Arupadhatu (the world of formless meditation). The journey takes him through to 1460 and raised panel icon stupas containing Buddha images.

Not far from the structure of UNESCO is another Buddhist temple of UNESCO, this is however of the Hindu faith. In total, 224 temples dot the complex of almost all of which pointed (almost like rockets ready for takeoff), a common feature of Hindu temples. Built in the ninth century, this collection of irregular structure has three main shrines dedicated to internal Hindu trinity: Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.

These structures are quite impressive. But the question remains, why was abandoned? Maybe it was due to the eruption of Merapi volcano? Perhaps empires and dynasties changed when your headquarters? Or could it be that people converted to Islam and have simply "forgotten" of these relics? These are all very good reasons and may have contributed to the abandonment of these temples "possible.
